Confettis Gift & Party’s creators, Reggie and Sharlene Fouser, opened their first store in scenic Flagstaff, Arizona, in February 1999. To remain competitive the Fousers made the tough decision in 2006 to close their store front and launch into cyberspace. Cutting their overhead meant that they could still ensure that Northern Arizona families, and now families around the world, had great choices when it came to party supplies and accessories, but now at discounted prices.
